Using PlanGoLive

PlanGoLive is developed by Vardhan Raju. By downloading, installing, accessing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms describe use of the product; they do not create a booking or payment service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account removal is available through the supported in-app controls and support request process. See Delete Account for the scope and limits of those operations.

Travel planning and AI suggestions

AI itineraries, route estimates, destination information and other suggestions support your planning. They are not guaranteed or authoritative travel or safety advice. Independently verify opening times, prices, entry requirements, conditions and availability before travelling.

PlanGoLive is not a travel agency, tour operator or booking agent and does not make airline, hotel or transit reservations.

Shared expenses

Expense and settlement calculations are for personal budgeting and coordination among travellers. PlanGoLive does not hold funds, process payments or act as an escrow service or financial institution. Participants arrange actual settlement themselves.

HealthFit and wellbeing

Exercise, step, hydration and habit tools are for organization and general wellbeing information. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or guaranteed health outcomes. Seek appropriate professional advice before starting an exercise programme if needed.

Shared content and conduct

Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, defamatory or infringes another person’s rights. Vardhan Raju reserves the ability to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Consider the other members of a shared trip before adding personal information. Shared content can have different deletion handling from private records.

Availability and limitations

Feature access can depend on an internet connection, authenticated sessions, permissions, supported sensors, downloaded language models and provider availability. Offline-first does not mean every service is available offline.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vardhan Raju and its contributors disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses resulting from use of or inability to use the app, travel disruptions or reliance on planning suggestions. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains data categories, cloud processing and provider use. The Delete Account page explains how to request account and data deletion, including limits affecting the separate Trip Planner and LifeOS/HealthFit cloud services.
